Trellis Fieldbook operates this website and launch list.

Website and list

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the delivery and unsubscribe metadata needed to operate the list. We use it for launch notices and occasional product updates you opted in to receive. We do not use analytics and do not sell personal information. We do not use unrelated editorial cadence.

Buttondown processes the subscriber list, double opt-in confirmations, unsubscribe requests, exports, and broadcasts. Cloudflare hosts this static website. Proton Mail handles correspondence sent to our domain mailboxes.

Retention and control

We retain subscriber information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or retire the list. You can unsubscribe using the link in a message or request deletion at hello@trellisfieldbook.com.

Desktop-product data is different

This notice concerns the website and email list. Wedding records and other product data live locally in Trellis Fieldbook’s desktop product; they are not uploaded to this website or to Buttondown by using the product.
